TCC keep directly in touch with commercial and manufacturer companies and can coordinate on the territory the evolvement of the projects.

We organize, if necessary, special commercial and personalized mission on specific customer's requests. Once suitable partners are found, TCC organizes your business trip to evaluate and visit potential suppliers and/or exhibitions you are interested in. Nowadays meeting possible partners directly is the only way to establish long lasting relationships, above all in a market like the Chinese one where interpersonal relationships are the basis of business relations.

Technical drawing and standard inspection and optimization
The standards of the projects and of the production, the Chinese culture as well as the "modus operandi?are sometimes rather different from the European ones, TCC has a team of engineers who will make the most suitable production technologies and who are able to adapt the standards to the Chinese ones in order to limit any possible mistake and make the best of the big potential at disposition.

Follow up of all the activities with the visibility of the development of any single project
For any of its activities TCC warranties a constant follow up, in order to let the customer company to control the development of any project. According to the procedures, the customer company will continuously keep in touch with us in order to exchange clear and univocal information.

Quality warranties
Producing and/or purchasing a low price are not the only thing! The most important thing that makes a company successful is the quality of its products. Our quality control service (based on ISO 9001 standards) warranties the customer company that all the project and production requirements are respected. Our technicians will control that all the requirements are respected. If necessary we will control 100% of the production.

Sample approval and production
For any special part and before its production starts, we will send you samples (to be defined) for your approval. Any special part will have a technical card that the supplier will respect any time any further special part is produced again.

Import/export assistance and via container or air goods sending
In order to send the goods as quickly as possible, TCC with the supplier and the responsible for the imports/exports of the customer company, will look after all the customs documents and transport documents according to the means of transport required (express air, via container.etc)
