The target of that course is to develop managerial ability of the participants in order to understand how to face risks, to evaluate the potential opportunities and to respond to the problems that companies can find on the way of internationalization. The topics of the course include basic thematic about internationalization of the companies with all of the socio-cultural, bureaucratic, marketing, legal and of organization problems.
The course has lessons both in Italian and English languages done by university professors and meeting with manager of the companies who have experienced Chinese condition and life, including visits to Chinese industrial implants.

It’s provided a preliminary study phase in Italy and second study phase in China with direct experience whit Chinese social and industrial phenomenon.
